Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which students or users may request a refund or cancellation of services offered through the university's online portals.
- Course Fee Payment and Confirmation
- All fee payments made online are final once successfully processed.
- Upon successful payment, a confirmation receipt is sent via registered email and/or SMS.
- Students and parents/guardians are requested to verify details before proceeding with payments.
- Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeline
Students who wish to cancel their admission must submit acancellation form in the prescribed format to theCenter for Online Programs at:

The following refund rules will apply based on the number of days from the date of admission:

| Within 60 days | 100% of tuition fee |
| Within 75 days | 75% of tuition fee |
| Within 90 days | 50% of tuition fee |
| Within 105 days | 25% of tuition fee |
| After 105 days | No refund |
Note: Only thetuition fee is refundable under this policy. Other charges (registration, admission, examination, late fees) are non-refundable
- Refund Timeline
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processedwithin 45 working days from the date of receipt of the valid cancellation request.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
- The institution will not be liable for any delays caused by external banking/payment gateway services.
- Duplicate Payments and Technical Errors
- In the event of a duplicate payment or technical error resulting in an unregistered service/course despite payment, the excess or erroneous amount will be refunded after verification.
- Non-Refundable Fees
- Application Fees, Registration Fees, Admission Fees, Exam Fees, and any late payment charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Cancellation of Services
- Students must officially communicate any admission or course cancellation in writing using the prescribed form.
- No cancellations will be accepted once course access has been used (live sessions attended or materials downloaded).
- Cancellations requested without the official form or beyond 105 days from admission will not be considered for any refund.
